Fitness Flash for Kids!

Exercise for kids, it means playing and physically active. Everyone can benefit from regular exercise. Kids who are active will,

  • have a stronger muscles and bones
  • have a leaner body because exercise helps control body fat
  • be less likely to become overweight
  • have a better outlook on life
  • stays healthy
  • manage their weight

Besides enjoying the health benefits of regular exercise, kids who are physically fit sleep better and are better able to handle physical and emotional challenges.



1.Touch your toes 10 times.

    











 2.  Do arm circles for 30 seconds.














 3.  Do 10 shoulder shrugs.
